Return of high quality goods
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before delivery or to return the goods within 2 days of receipt, provided that the item remains in its original condition and with proof of purchase. The return of high quality goods is possible if the appearance, functionality and original packaging are preserved. Customised goods created especially for the buyer are not returnable.
Defective goods
Defective goods are goods that are defective and cannot fulfil their functions. The goods received by the buyer must match the description on our website. Minor changes in design are not considered defects.
Defects may include:
Broken parts or accessories
Failure to meet order specifications
Shipping damage
Visible defects or scratches
Improper assembly or packaging
Incorrect or damaged goods delivered
Buyer’s responsibility on delivery
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods on delivery to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to the order. Acknowledgement of receipt must be signed. If faulty goods are received without prior agreement, the buyer may return or exchange them within 2 days of delivery.
For long distance orders, exchange is only possible after returning the faulty goods and placing a new order.
